“Home Group 6”

Location: Whistable, Kent
The Package Price for this course includes:

  • Transfer on arrival and departure (London airports, Kent ports and Eurostar stations)
  • Full board homestay accommodation. Students are placed with other students of the same sex (different nationality) and accommodation is generally in twin rooms
  • 20 lessons per week in the home of the teacher

Maximum of six students, and no more than two students of the same nationality, in each teaching group.

Home Group 6 is a fresh and unique way to learn English. Study in a small group (maximum 6 students) in the relaxed environment of the home of your teacher and, at the same time, make friends with your new classmates. Students will really enjoy the friendly family atmosphere of the “home classroom“. After the morning lessons students will take part in afternoon trips to local places of interest with their activity organizer.

Lessons                                                                                                                                                                                                                            There will be plenty of interaction in a relaxed and friendly environment. Your experienced teacher will ensure you are fully involved in the lessons, helping you to gain in confidence whilst improving fluency.

Location                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Whistable is a pretty, traditional seaside town in Kent, famous for its bustling high street with boutique shops, its maritime heritage, working harbour, fish market and oysters. The town also boasts a lovely pebble beach and promenade, a magnificent castle and gardens, swimming pool and bowling.

Activities
A full leisure and cultural sports programme in the afternoons and on Saturdays that includes trips to London and historic Canterbury with its famous cathedral. All entrace fees and transport costs are included.

Accommodation                                                                                                                                                                                              Students stay with a friendly local host family in the Whistable area. All meals are provided.
